You may only purchase as many upgrades as you purchased original tickets. 

To redeem your upgrade, please bring your original ticket (either wristband, or digital ticket which will be delivered to your email ~24 hours prior to the event), your upgrade order confirmation, and photo ID to the festival box office.

If your original ticket was purchased by someone else, you must have a copy of their photo ID to redeem your upgrade.

You must be 21+ years of age to purchase or upgrade to a VIP ticket.

The price below includes all ticket taxes and fees.
